Children in Wales hires out conference and meeting rooms at our main office in Cardiff. Our office is situated in Cardiff city centre close to Queen Street train station and Dumfries Place car park. View the location of our offices on multimap.

Conference Room
The Conference Room seats up to 40 people theatre style and 25 people boardroom style.
Hire charges are:

Half Day (9am – 1pm; 1pm – 5pm) £65(Non-Members - £80)

Full day (9am – 5pm) £95   (Non-Members - £130)

The room has access and facilities for disabled people. 

Tea, Coffee and Biscuits are charged at £2.00 p/p for a half day event and £3.50 per person for a full day event.

Addtional Equipment Available to Hire

• Video conferencing = £35 per hour (Non-Members £40 per hour)  (making out-going calls/receiving in-coming calls)
• Simultaneous Translation Equipment= £70 per half day or £100 per full day
• Powerpoint Projector= £25 per day
• Extra flipchart pads= £5 each
• Photocopying = 10p per sheet

Any additional equipment can be hired by Children in Wales, but the room hirer would be charged the full fee plus delivery charge
