Phil Hodgson MBE has been announced as the Independent Chairman of the Welsh Safeguarding Children Forum.
The Forum brings together experts, senior officials from the Welsh Assembly Government, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales, local authorities and the NHS, to consider how children’s safeguarding arrangements can be further strengthened in Wales.
