Barnardo’s Families Matter, Barnardo’s Flintshire Services

The Families Matter service works with families who have complex needs due to parental substance misuse.

We are seeking to recruit two highly motivated, skilled and competent practitioners. You will be experienced in work with families, have good knowledge of therapeutic interventions, issues arising from substance misuse and a commitment to partnership working. You’ll work as part of Barnardo’s Flintshire Services team delivering a high quality, intensive service. You’ll also be enthusiastic, flexible and creative and have the ability to recognise and build on family’s strengths. It is a requirement of the posts to undertake some work occasionally in the evenings.
