Please note that the Disabled Children Matter Wales conference, due to be held on the 13th of April in Llanrwst and 15th of April in Cardiff, have now been rescheduled.
The South Wales conference will now be held at the Future Inn, Cardiff Bay on the 23rd of June. The new date for the North Wales conference will be confirmed soon.
