Bays Partnership – Youth Homeless and Supported Lodgings Service
You’ll offer direct support to young people aged 16 and 17 who receive a service from the Youth Homeless Service. As well as direct support for young people aged 16 – 21 who are placed in Supported Lodgings.
It is essential you have had experience of working with vulnerable young people, possess a current driving licence and have the use of a car to meet the requirements of the post.
