Bays Partnership – Leaving Care
This service provides support to eligible, relevant and former relevant young people leaving the care of the local authority between the ages of 16-21 years and up to 24 years if in full time education.
You’ll provide support to all young people who are entitled to a service from the BAYS working in partnership with young people to identify and meet their accommodation and support needs. You’ll also assist young people to identify and access appropriate move on accommodation.
It is essential you have experience of working with vulnerable young people and experience of work with Child Protection issues.
